  • Introduction

    Public relation means managing the relationship between clients and organization. Public relations connect clients with organization through subjects and information that interests both sides. Speeches in conferences, working with medias, crisis communications, inspecting social problems through medias, and making connection with staff are among responsibilities of this unit. Almost any organization that deals with public thoughts and needs to have a clear image between them, works on some kind of public relations. The staff of this department write and speak very clearly and try to solve issues through analyzing and processing the company affairs.

    It is very important to have special attention to public relations as an institution that can act systematic, organized, and thoughtful in order to preserve and develop the interaction and understanding between managers and staff. Public relations as the main connection between managers and staff, have great responsibilities in the process of accessing managers and staff communal thoughts.

    • Help on attracting the talents of staff or in other words making opportunities to flourish the thoughts of staff
    • Enhancing human values and exclusivities
    • Introducing suitable educational patterns inside and outside the organization
    • Organizing company news (attempt for on time informing and getting informed by using communicational methods and tools)
    • Organizing coherent communication system and clear advertisement
    • Orienting and directing company toward employee centered system
    • Active and continuous cooperation with press and medias
    • Emphasis on improving inside and outside organizational relations
    • Arranging codified and annual plans for performing the slogans and holding religious rituals
    • Delivering critics and news clearly and not editing them for authorities and receiving the reaction for delivering to staff
    • Holding internal meetings between staff and managers every month
    • Preparing scientific articles on the company activities and publishing them in public medias
    • Presenting staff articles and researches inside the company
    • Reflecting successful experiences of the company staff
    • Publishing brochures of educational messages, researches, and other company products
    • Providing photos and films for introducing company
    • Preparing the code of ethics of the company public relations
    • Supervising and inspecting the company’s virtual site

    1. The ruling of entente in internal and external relations: Considering this major point, any kind of decision should be verified inside the organization first and then present it outside the organization
    2. Enhancing internal relations: The authorities and officials of public relations are trying to enhance internal relations through publishing bulletins, holding public meetings with high rank authorities of organization, holding exhibitions, events, and ceremonies, and utilization of any other possibility
    3. Enhancing external relations: Public relations will develop external relations after enhancement of internal relations, which in this part they will use best of mass communication devices
