Introducing the ranking model of export management companies

Based on this plan, for eligible applicant companies, first a letter is issued based on the initial agreement with the activity as an export management company, and then the company's performance is continuously evaluated for 2 years, and if the conditions are met. In the ranking method of export management companies, it will get one of the ranks 1, 2, 3. It should be noted that rank 3 is the lowest level of ranking.
Applicant companies must complete the identity card form of export management companies and submit it with the relevant documents to the relevant industry, mining and trade organization of the province to be sent to the Trade Development Organization of Iran after initial review to determine the rank. For more information on the implementation process of this project, companies can refer to the portal of the Trade Development Organization of Iran (Export Department - Export Networking - Export Management Companies). The primary goal of this project is to create a culture and move companies active in this field to acquire the skills mentioned in the project and provide professional export services.
On the other hand, determining the qualification of these companies according to their experience and expertise in exporting goods and services of enterprises and assisting manufacturers and technical and engineering services companies in choosing an export management company is another goal of this project. Providing a comprehensive database of export management companies with rankings and their main characteristics is another goal that is pursued in this project.

Important points:
  1. After obtaining initial approval to operate as an export management company, rank 3 is the lowest level of ranking.
  2. Commercial companies (whether natural or legal persons) that directly buy the products of manufacturers and then sell them to foreign customers are not considered as examples of export management companies and can not apply for a rank. .
  3. The validity period of the obtained ratings is 2 years and its renewal is subject to the submission of an acceptable performance report. In order to obtain a higher rank, the case of Company
    must first be evaluated in the provincial committee and then the result of the review must be sent to the Trade Development Organization of Iran through a minutes.
  4. Companies with negative export growth trends will be downgraded to lower annual audits.
  5. A new target market is one in which the amount of exports to that market is at least 25% of the minimum export value set in each rank.

Mandatory contents of the articles of association of export management companies
